Terms of Service
Effective Date: September 21, 2026
Welcome to the website of The Pallet Boss LLC (“The Pallet Boss,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase or use of our wood pallet sales, delivery, pickup, removal, and related services.
By using our website or requesting services from The Pallet Boss LLC, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
The Pallet Boss LLC provides wood pallet sales, delivery, pickup, removal, and related services in Pennsylvania and surrounding service areas.
Services may include new, used, recycled, standard, custom, or other types of wood pallets depending on availability and the customer's requirements.
Specific pallet types, quantities, prices, delivery or pickup locations, and scheduling will be agreed upon between The Pallet Boss and the customer.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a service request when the requested service is unavailable, unsafe, impractical, outside our service area, or otherwise cannot reasonably be completed.
2–16. Additional Terms
2. Estimations and Orders
Submitting a request or inquiry through our site does not automatically finalize a transaction. Every quote provided by The Pallet Boss is based on the data you provide; should the scope of work, volume of pallets, or site access details change, we reserve the right to adjust our pricing accordingly. An official order is only established once both parties have explicitly agreed upon the final terms.
3. Mandatory Customer Information
To ensure seamless service, clients must provide precise details including:
• Full name and primary contact method
• Registered business name (if applicable)
• Exact destination for drop-off or collection
• Specific pallet styles and total count
• Requested timeframe for service
• Clear site entry instructions
• Any potential obstacles or safety hazards
The Pallet Boss is not liable for service failures or extra expenses stemming from inaccurate or missing data provided by the client.
4. Logistics Scheduling
Proposed arrival times should be viewed as estimates unless a firm appointment is officially confirmed. While we strive for punctuality, factors like severe weather, traffic congestion, mechanical issues, or site-related delays may impact our timing. We reserve the authority to reschedule logistics operations as needed.
5. Site Maintenance and Access
It is the client’s duty to ensure that the work area is safe and navigable for our heavy vehicles and staff. Please notify us regarding:
• Limited entrance width or low clearance
• Extreme inclines or loose terrain
• Ongoing construction or gated entries
• Hazardous surfaces or restricted zones
We may halt or refuse operations if we believe the environment poses a risk to our team or equipment.
6. Standard for Pallet Quality
Our recycled or pre-owned pallets will naturally display signs of previous wear, such as nail holes, slight weathering, or superficial stains. Unless you have ordered premium new products, expect standard cosmetic imperfections. We encourage clients to review their delivery upon arrival and contact us immediately if a significant discrepancy exists.
7. Removal of Assets
For pickup requests, clients must clearly mark which pallets are to be hauled away and ensure they are reachable. Our team will only remove the wood products previously agreed upon; we do not haul away general trash, industrial debris, or unrelated materials.
8. Financial Terms
Agreed pricing is established during the order confirmation phase. Please note that The Pallet Boss LLC does not process digital payments through this portal. Payment methods—such as invoicing or payment upon arrival—will be determined directly with you. Clients remain responsible for all relevant taxes and transportation surcharges.
9. Cancellation and Unsuccessful Service
We require timely notice for any scheduling changes. If a service cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, blocked access, or late cancellation, The Pallet Boss may assess a trip fee or administrative charge to cover our operational costs. Such fees will be communicated whenever possible based on the specific situation.
10. Limitations of Liability
The Pallet Boss LLC provides all delivery and retrieval services with professional care. However, under Pennsylvania regulations, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or profit-based losses tied to our services or website. Damage resulting from inaccurate site descriptions or factors beyond our control is the sole responsibility of the customer.
11. Proper Website Usage
Users are prohibited from:
• Engaging in illegal activities via this site
• Providing fraudulent data
• Attempting to breach our digital security
• Distributing harmful code or software
We maintain the right to block access to anyone compromising the integrity of our digital platforms.
12. Accuracy of Online Content
